Be an individual over the age of 21. Register on-line, or complete our application, by providing required information, including valid email address.
How to become a Commonwealth Properties Rewards Member:
We made this incredibly simple by providing multiple ways to register:
- Speak with our employees at any of our participating properties and tell them you wish to participate in our Rewards Program. The employee can process the Membership along with your bill and immediately add Points for items purchased that visit. Be sure to tell the employee before you pay your bill.
- Access any of our property websites and follow the Membership links. If you are not sure which property to start with, go to our parent company’s website, commonwealthproperties.com/rewards. After you register you may present your member number at any participating Commonwealth Properties locations and receive your member card.
- Download our Rewards App – Commonwealth Properties – to your mobile device, this will prompt you to register and will also give you quick, easy access to your account information.
- Visit any of our participating properties and fill out a Commonwealth Properties Rewards form and we will register your Account for you.
By registering you are agreeing that you have read and accepted the Commonwealth Properties Rewards Program rules as they may be modified from time to time and published at www.commonwealthproperties.com/rewards. Each time you participate in the Rewards Program in any manner (e.g. earning Points, redeeming Points, accessing our website, etc.) you are agreeing to the updated rules, so please look at the updated Rewards rules regularly. By registering, you are requesting that Commonwealth Properties send you information about our special events and promotions via email. You can always unsubscribe to the email notices, but Commonwealth Properties won’t be able to tell you about Commonwealth Properties Rewards benefits, send reminders about your Points and Rewards or provide other important Rewards information. Please be sure to update your email address and personal information with any changes so you don’t miss out on any great benefits and/or important Rewards information.
Anniversary and birthday rewards:
Birthday perks! Commonwealth Properties will help you celebrate! All Members receive an extra $10 reward plus double Points. At the beginning of your birthday month you will be sent your reward, you will have the entire month to use this reward.
Anniversary. Commonwealth Properties is ready to make your anniversary as memorable as possible. In addition to utilizing our award-winning restaurants and hotels, you will receive a $20 reward plus double Points – valid for entire anniversary month.
How to monitor your Commonwealth Properties Rewards Account:
Once you register, your “Account” is created which tracks your Points earned, credit available, expiration dates and other activity. At any time after registration, you can log into your Account to review available Points, usage and other Account information. You can also download the Commonwealth Properties Rewards app for your mobile device to access your Account information.
How to download the Commonwealth Properties Rewards App:
Using your mobile device go to iTunes or Google Play and download the Commonwealth Properties Rewards App. Once downloaded, sign into the app using your Account username and password. If you have not created an Account yet, you may use the app to create one. The app will provide on-the-go easy access to your Account to review available Points, usage and other Account information.
How to acquire Commonwealth Properties Rewards Points:
Points are accumulated after you are completely registered for the Commonwealth Properties Rewards Program. There is no limit to the number of Points you can earn or accumulate, with restrictions to private events. Present your Rewards Card with your payment at participating Commonwealth Properties locations, and the Points earned for that purchase will be added to your Account.
Points are non-transferable. Only one Member may earn or redeem Points per guest check. Membership Cards are issued to individuals only, not businesses or other entities or groups. Reward Points are earned at the rate of one Commonwealth Properties Rewards point per dollar spent on food, beverage, hotel room nights, hotel add-ons, massages, personal training services, nutrition services, swimming lessons, or retail. Private events offer restricted points. Private event Points are earned at the rate of 0.25 Commonwealth Properties Rewards Points per dollar spent on food, beverage, and room rental fees. No Points are earned for gratuities, taxes paid, or incidentals. Points are earned at the same rate when Commonwealth Properties Gift Cards are purchased for face value. Points are not earned when any Gift Cards are redeemed. Points are not earned from rent payments or monthly membership dues. Points are not earned from locker rental fees, incidental charges, third-party related charges, giftbag fees, or ticketed events.
How to redeem Commonwealth Properties Rewards Points:
Members will receive rewards by email, Members can present these rewards when paying for their transactions. Members can also present their Membership Card, Members can also request to be looked up by our staff. Your Points can be redeemed for Commonwealth credit at participating Commonwealth Properties locations and be used towards food, beverage, hotel room nights, hotel add-ons, massages, personal training services, nutrition services, swimming lessons, or retail.
Rewards may not be redeemed in addition to extended Member discounts such as special promotions, etc. Rewards may not be used toward rent payments or monthly membership dues. Rewards may not be used towards locker rental fees, incidental charges, third-party related charges, giftbag fees, or ticketed events. Rewards may not be used in the same transaction they were earned. Rewards may not be used towards private events.
The Fine Points:
Points and Rewards credits are personal and non-transferrable. Commonwealth Properties Rewards Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. A minimum number of Points may be required to redeem your Commonwealth credit and other rewards. Commonwealth Properties Rewards Membership and accrued Points will expire if there is no activity on the Membership Account for eighteen months. If there is no Account activity (Points earned or redeemed) for any eighteen-month period, your Account will become inactive, meaning you will not receive any promotional offers or discounts. After twenty-four months of an account being inactive, Commonwealth Properties may cancel the Membership, deactivate the Account and void any Points and rewards associated with the Account. Upon such cancellation, no benefits associated with the Membership may be utilized. Membership Accounts/Cards are neither credit cards nor Gift Cards. No law, regulations or restrictions that apply to credit card or Gift Cards apply to the Program or Membership Cards. Because Points and Commonwealth credit are stored on your Commonwealth Properties Rewards Card, treat it like cash. If your Membership card is lost or stolen (or your Membership number is known to others), call us immediately (651-224-5845) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Commonwealth Properties will attempt to transfer outstanding Points and credit to a new Membership Card, but Commonwealth Properties cannot guarantee a transfer. Commonwealth Properties has no ability to protect your Points until you register for your Account, even if you promptly report a loss. Commonwealth Properties is not responsible for Points and Credit associated with lost or stolen Membership Cards.
Participation in the Program, including the accrual and redemption of Points, is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local tax liabilities associated with the accrual or redemption of Points or otherwise arising out of participation in the Program are the Member’s responsibility. Ask your tax advisor for guidance. Commonwealth Properties may, in its sole discretion, change the Program Rules and/or any other rules governing the Program, including those relating to the accrual, use and benefits of Points, at any time with or without notice. This means, among other things, (1) that the accumulation of Points in connection with purchases at Commonwealth Properties Locations or otherwise in conjunction with the Program does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to such Points; (2) any potential benefit or reward offered pursuant to the Program may be withdrawn or subject to new restrictions at any time; (3) Commonwealth Properties may add or withdraw participating locations (visit the Program Website for a list of current participants) and to change the selection of avaialbe rewards or stop offering any particular reward at any time; (4) any potential benefit or reward offered pursuant to the Program may be withdrawn or subjected to new restriction at any time; (5) all rewards and other benefits available through redemption of Points or otherwise in connection with the Program are subject to availability; (6) Commonwealth Properties reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time. Information about unredeemed Points and other termination processes and rights will be posted on the Commonwealth Properties website in the event of a termination.
Commonwealth Properties has the right to monitor all activities relating to your participation in the Program. If required by applicable law, if you violate any of these Program Rules or the terms and conditions of an offer related to the Program or otherwise improperly interfere or tamper with the operation of the Program or if your Account or Card usage shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, Commonwealth Properties may freeze or close your Account, rescind any Points, or take such other action as it deems appropriate. If you have engaged in any fraudulent activity, Commonwealth Properties reserves the right to take legal action. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to Commonwealth Properties and/or any third-party vendors, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in the Program in the future.
All decision regarding the operation of the Program will be made by Commonwealth Properties in its sole discretion. You are responsible for reading and complying with these Program rules and the terms and conditions of any offer related to the Program. Commonwealth Properties may provide additional information concerning the Program, such as FAQs, on the Program Website from time to time. All such additional information is provided subject to these Program rules, and in the event of a conflict these Program rules will control.
Credits cannot be used towards any Club Membership dues or Tenant rent dues. Discounts or offers may be provided to you from time to time in connection with the Program. All discounts or offers will be subject to these Program Rules and may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each discount or offer, including expiration dates. The terms and conditions governing third party offers and discounts are solely the responsibility or the third party.
Commonwealth Properties makes no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kid concerning the Program or any credit or Promotional Rewards. Commonwealth Propertiess will have no liability for any delay in or failure of delivery of goods or services, whether by Commonweath Properties or by a third party, relating to your redemption of Points. By participating in the Program, you release Commonwealth Properties from all claims and liability of any kind regarding the accrual, crediting and/or use of Points, the receipt or use of any Reward, or otherwise arising from or in connection with the Program. Commonwealth Properties makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the rewards or any other benefits, products or services that may be offered through the Program or information provide by third party product and service providers. Commonwealth Properties has no liability for any products or services provided by third parties, or for any errors or omissions in any materials supplied by the third parties or for any failure by any product or service provider to honor any applicable discount. In no event will Commonwealth Properties or any third-party vendor be reliable to you, or anyone claiming through you, for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of the acts or omissions of Commonwealth Properties in connection with the Program. Only the individual in whose name an Account is registered will be entitled to access that Account. However, Commonwealth Properties complies with court orders and subpoenas and cooperates with investigations by state and federal agencies. If requested by such authorities, your Account information may be shared with others with or without your knowledge or consent.

CPI reserves the right to make CP Rewards points and promotion offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographical location, program participation or information supplied by member.
A member may cancel their membership at any time by notifying Commonwealth Properties Rewards Customer Service by mail, email or telephone. Commonwealth Properties Rewards, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an individual membership.
